$BTC The last and first week of the calendar month have been awful places to trade directionally. The past 4 months have only seen bad market environments in those weeks.
Pretty much all the action has come from the third week of the month. This usually comes after weak price action into that week only for it to reverse from there.
Of course the sample size is small but the main thing you should take away from this is that most action happens in a short timeframe. The market has been moving like this for years now.
Miss the few big moves and you need to be very patient again for the next one, both up and down.
Most of what this market has become is sideways for weeks or even months only for the actual action to occur in a short few day/week timeframe.
