Quant (QNT) Surges 300%+ on Major US and UK Bank Deals

Quant ($QNT ) is having a huge week. The price jumped more than 300% after big bank news from the US and UK.

The Big News

On September 24, 2026, The Clearing House picked Quant to power the interoperability layer for its On-Chain Money Initiative. This network includes 25 major US banks, including JPMorgan and Bank of America. The plan is to clear and settle tokenized deposits starting in H1 2027.

In the UK, reports say Barclays, HSBC, and Lloyds are sending real pounds onchain. Quant's tech, called Overledger, helps different blockchains talk to each other, and banks are paying attention.

The Price Move 📈

For months (late June to mid-September), QNT traded in a tight range of about $60–$70. Then the breakout started:

Sept 22: Jumped to $73.81

Sept 24: Closed at $90.08

Sept 25: Closed at $98.64

Sept 26: Closed at $151.20

Sept 27: Hit a high of $351.50, then closed at $285.30

Sept 28: Closed at $230.60

Sept 29: Trading around $254

The 24-hour volume rose to $1.45 billion, up 140%. That shows strong interest from both retail traders and leveraged positions.

What to Watch 👀

Can QNT build a new support base above $200?

If not, profit-taking could pull the price toward the $158–$200 zone.

Big question: how much of the 2027 utility is already priced in after a 300% weekly gain?

The Bigger Picture

Quant is seen as a leader in Real-World Asset (RWA) tokenization, thanks to its compliance-ready setup. It also has past work with the Bank of England, the BIS (Project Rosalind), and the ECB's Digital Euro initiative. That history helps build trust with big institutions.

⚠ Stay Careful

Moves this fast bring high volatility and liquidation risk. The price dropped from $351 to $230 in just a day. Always do your own research, manage your risk, and never trade with money you can't afford to lose.

This is not financial advice.
