Space Network, the space infrastructure company behind Spacecoin, has signed a $50 million binding pre-order agreement with HQ Company to bring satellite connectiity to the Philippines. Under the agreement, Space Network will provide Freeport network access, hardware, software and engineering support, while HQ Company will handle local sales, customer acquisition, spectrum authorizations and operations. Space Network plans to grow their constellation from the current four LEO satellites in orbit to approximately 230 satellites by 2029 and begin commercial services. The agreement follows Space Network's $100 million deal with Vietnam's DETI Technology in June 2026. Together, the two bring its commercial pre-orders to $150 million in only four months.
