On Binance, $ETH was near $2,689.95, up 0.07% over 24 hours in the latest snapshot I checked. My chart read is neutral: after the sharp September 23 move, recent daily closes have clustered around $2,690, while the 24-hour range spans roughly $2,635–$2,719. That looks more like consolidation than a confirmed breakout. I’d watch whether $ETH can move beyond that range with stronger volume; the upgrade roadmap is a long-term development story, not proof of an immediate price move.
