The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has secured confiscation orders against two individuals involved in a £1.5M fake crypto investment scam.

📌 Patrick Mavanga: £247,997.99
📌 Total ordered: £851,402.27
📌 At least 65 investors lost a combined £1,541,799
📌 The recovered funds are intended to be returned to victims.

The fraudulent scheme operated between February 2017 and June 2019, using cold calls and fake crypto investment opportunities through companies including CCX Capital and Astaria Group LLP.
