Bybit has published a Restricted Counterparty List that includes Garantex, Bitzlato, EXMO, Payeer, Nobitex, Bitpapa, Chatex, Cryptex, Grinex, Rapira, WhiteBird, OMPFinex, Ramzinex, HTX, Wallex, Tetherland, Bit24, QvaPay, Huione Guarantee, Xinbi Guarantee, Samourai Wallet, Bitcoin Fog, ChipMixer, Sinbad and Hydra Market, covering crypto trading platforms, payment and wallet services, guarantee marketplaces, mixers and darknet markets. The list also includes entities and organizations such as Lazarus Group, Hamas, Ansarallah (Houthis) and ISIS-K. Where a connection to a prohibited entity is identified, Bybit reserves the right to take appropriate action to comply with the restriction or the laws of the relevant jurisdiction, including suspending or terminating accounts, blocking related transactions or funds, filing relevant regulatory reports, and liquidating open positions.
