What caught my attention with Litecoin is not the 29% weekly rally.
It is the level LTC has finally reclaimed.
Litecoin pushed above $60 and cleared the previous swing high around $60.61. That level had been important since May and breaking it changes the weekly market structure.
The weekly chart is also showing a few interesting changes.
The Awesome Oscillator has crossed above zero for the first time since October 2025. The Directional Movement Index is also showing a strong uptrend.
So the higher timeframe structure has clearly improved.
But there is one detail I would not ignore.
Weekly volume has not expanded aggressively despite the breakout.
OBV is also still sitting near multi month lows on the weekly chart.
That creates a difference between price and participation.
LTC is moving higher.
The question is whether enough buyers are actually supporting the move.
The daily chart looks healthier.
Daily OBV has reached new highs and the price structure remains bullish. That suggests there is more buying activity underneath the shorter timeframe move than the weekly volume data alone might suggest.
This is why I would not treat the breakout as invalid simply because weekly volume is not explosive.
But I also would not chase a 29% move after it has already happened.
For me $60 is now the first level to watch.
If LTC pulls back toward $60 and buyers defend it then we get a useful test of whether the old resistance has actually turned into support.
If that level fails then the next major area I would watch is around $52.50.
The difference between those two levels matters.
Holding $60 would keep the new breakout structure intact.
Losing $60 would make the breakout less convincing and put more attention on the deeper demand zone.
Right now Litecoin has done the difficult part by clearing $60.61.
The next challenge is proving that the breakout can survive a pullback.
I am watching the reaction at $60 more than the size of the next green candle.
If buyers can defend that level then the weekly breakout has a stronger foundation.
If they cannot then volume was probably warning us about the weakness underneath the move.
