My Bias: BULLISH, but cautious

BTC is currently trading around $84K after pulling back from the recent $86K–$87K area. For me, the bigger picture still looks bullish, but short-term price action needs confirmation. The recent rally pushed BTC to an 8-month high, but we are now seeing some profit-taking and a pullback, so I would not chase longs blindly at the current level.

BTC:

The main support I am watching is around $83K–$84K. If BTC holds this zone and starts reclaiming $85.5K–$86K, I would expect buyers to test the recent high around $87K again. A clean breakout above $87K with strong volume would improve the bullish structure.

On the other hand, if BTC loses $83K and fails to reclaim it, I would start watching $81K–$80K as the next major support zone.

ETH:

ETH is currently around $2.56K and is also experiencing a pullback. I want to see ETH reclaim the $2.65K–$2.70K area before becoming more confident about an aggressive altcoin move. If BTC stabilizes while ETH starts outperforming BTC, that could be an important sign for the wider altcoin market.

BTC DOMINANCE:
#BitcoinTops$87KAtEightMonthHigh #CardanoJoinsX402PaymentStandard #BTC dominance remains relatively high, so I am not expecting every altcoin to move strongly at the same time. For an altcoin rally to become more convincing, I would like to see BTC remain stable while BTC dominance starts declining.

FUNDING:

This is actually interesting right now. Binance BTC funding is close to neutral, around +0.0012%, and the daily average is only around +0.0001% per 8 hours. That means the derivatives market is not showing the kind of extreme long positioning that would immediately make me think the market is overcrowded with longs.

OPEN INTEREST:
Binance BTC open interest is around $8.29B. OI has been relatively stable recently, so I am watching whether new leverage enters the market during the next BTC move. If price goes up while OI rises gradually and spot volume confirms the move, that would be healthier than a sudden OI spike caused by aggressive leverage.

DXY / MACRO:
The dollar remains an important risk factor. If DXY continues strengthening while BTC is losing support, crypto could face additional pressure. So I am watching the dollar together with BTC rather than analysing BTC completely in isolation.

MY TWO MAIN SCENARIOS

🟢 Bullish scenario:

BTC holds $83K–$84K → reclaims $86K → breaks $87K with volume.

If that happens, I would watch the $89K–$90K area next.

🔴 Bearish scenario:

BTC loses $83K and cannot reclaim it. Then $81K–$80K becomes the important zone. Losing that area could turn this pullback into a deeper correction.

Myconclusion

I am bullish on the overall structure but cautious on the short-term move. BTC has already made a strong rally, so I don't want to FOMO into a trade after a big move. For me, the most important thing today is how BTC reacts around $83K–$84K support and $86K–$87K resistantance
