📈 AI stocks are still showing strong momentum, but the bigger question is whether this is the beginning of a longer expansion or simply another short-term rally.
$NVDA is one of the clearest names to watch. NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang has said the company expects chip sales to roughly double next year, while major AI companies continue investing heavily in computing infrastructure. That suggests AI demand is not just about hype — enormous amounts of capital are still being committed to building the infrastructure behind the next generation of AI.
I’m BULLISH on the AI sector over the longer term, but I’m also watching valuation, competition, and how quickly AI spending translates into sustainable profits. Strong demand alone does not guarantee that every AI stock will continue rising.
For me, the key question is simple: can earnings and real AI adoption continue catching up with the expectations already priced into these companies?
The next phase of the AI trade could be less about hype and more about identifying which companies can actually turn AI demand into long-term cash flow.
