CME Group is preparing to launch Bitcoin Cash (BCH) and Uniswap (UNI) futures on October 19, pending regulatory review.
The move expands CME’s regulated crypto derivatives lineup, giving institutional traders another way to gain exposure to two major altcoins without directly holding the assets.
Both will have standard and Micro contracts: 250 BCH / 25 BCH and 10,000 UNI / 1,000 UNI respectively.
CME says demand for regulated risk management tools across high liquidity altcoin markets is driving the expansion.
$BCH and $UNI are getting a bigger seat in the institutional derivatives market.
