My September 21-27 calendar has three checkpoints for the macro backdrop around BTC and ETH. All times below are UTC.

Thursday, September 24: the Swiss National Bank's policy announcement is scheduled for 07:30, followed by its news conference at 08:00. I want to separate the rate decision from the explanation that follows; they are two different moments to assess.

Thursday, September 24, 14:00: US new home sales for August. I'll look at revisions alongside the new estimate before reading a change as a fresh demand signal.

Friday, September 25, 12:30: the US advance durable-goods report for August. I'll compare the headline with orders excluding transportation to see how broad the change is.

For crypto, my checkpoint is whether these releases change the interest-rate or dollar backdrop. A move in BTC at the same time would not, by itself, prove the release caused it.

This is a selected watchlist, not the full week's calendar. The outcomes are still ahead of us.

Which deserves the closest watch: A) the SNB's explanation, B) housing demand, or C) manufacturing orders - and why?
