Michael Saylor’s Bitcoin strategy continues to attract attention because his posts have often appeared before Strategy announces new $BTC purchases. In late August, Saylor posted “We’re ₿ack” after roughly a 10-week buying pause, and Strategy subsequently confirmed the purchase of 4,603 BTC for about $370 million, at an average price of approximately $80,318 per Bitcoin.

However, the latest picture is more complex. As of September 14, Strategy held 845,050 BTC, with an average acquisition cost of about $75,412 per $BTC , but it had paused new Bitcoin purchases for a second consecutive week while repurchasing approximately $139 million of STRC preferred shares.

For traders, the key point is that a Saylor hint is not the same as a confirmed Bitcoin purchase. His posts can create market expectations, but the actual transaction should be confirmed through Strategy’s official disclosures. The company is also balancing $BTC accumulation with cash reserves, preferred-stock obligations, and its broader financing strategy.
