$RLC IS INTERESTING HERE
RLC has strong 24H buying from top holders and traders.

But the latest 1H flow has turned more mixed, so I'm not treating this as a straight buy signal.

What I'd like to see:
Price holds the recent breakout → buyers return → local high breaks again.

That would give me much more confidence.
For now, it's one I'm watching rather than chasing.
