🎯 Ask Yourself These 3 Questions Before Taking a Trade

Many traders focus on just one question:
1. Will the price go up or down?

But a disciplined trader asks more important questions. 👇

1️⃣ What is my setup? 📊

1. Do I have a clear reason for entering this trade?

2. Is there a clear support, resistance, trend or confirmation?

If you can't explain why you're taking the trade, you may not have a valid setup.

2️⃣ How much am I risking? 🛡️

Before entering know your stop-loss and position size.

Ask yourself:

1. If this trade goes against me how much am I willing to lose?

Think about risk before profit.

3️⃣ What is my exit plan? 🎯

Before entering know:

1. Where will I exit if I'm wrong?
2. Where will I take profit if the trade goes in my favor?

Knowing your entry but not your exit means your plan isn't complete.
