Robinhood Chain just took a brutal haircut on fees. The drop is about 97%, and the seven-day average is down roughly 82%.

Activity did not fall with it. Transaction counts are only about 6% softer, still near recent highs, and roughly $1.5 billion a day is still moving across the chain.

Cheap blockspace with that much volume is a clear tell: users stayed put while the cost of using the network collapsed. Watch whether that fee floor holds or whether another squeeze shows up next.
