A lot of people think you need a big account to start trading.
I started with just $5.
Right now, my balance is around $4.93.
Yes, Iâm still below where I started. đ
But honestly, Iâve learned something important from this small account:
Making money is not the first goal. Learning not to lose it is.
With a small account, one bad trade can hurt a lot.
Too much leverage, chasing a pump, or trading with emotions can quickly damage your balance.
So Iâm trying to keep it simple:
đ Have a clear entry
đ Know where to exit if Iâm wrong
đŻ Take profit when my setup reaches the target
đ§ Donât trade just because I feel I have to
Some days there is a good setup.
Some days there isn't.
And that's okay.
đŻ What about $5 â $100?
Yes, itâs mathematically possible. But it wonât happen overnight, and there is no guarantee.
For me, the real challenge is not reaching $100 quickly.
Itâs seeing if I can grow a small account without blowing it up first. đ
Iâm starting with $5.
Iâm still learning.
And Iâm taking it one trade at a time.
Would you try growing a $5 account, or is $5 too small to start? đ
