Coinbase Derivatives has filed with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission to list perpetual futures tied to individual US stocks, offering 24/5 exposure without requiring traders to own the shares. The contracts do not expire and remain subject to regulatory approval. The Wall Street Journal reported that Coinbase initially plans to offer contracts linked to roughly 50 to 60 stocks.
