BTC IS LOSING MOMENTUM AGAIN
The CLARITY Act rejection added fresh bearish pressure
BTC is now trading below the psychological resistance
The $80K-$83K zone is still acting as a strong supply area
Every attempt to push through it has been rejected
Now we’re moving back toward $70K support

If buyers defend it, we can still see another move toward $80K
But a clean breakdown would put $63K back in focus
