$MORPHO just had its risk engine tested for real: a 3% PT price drop on reUSD triggered liquidations on morpho markets, and pendle came out and said plainly it wasn't an oracle error, the system did exactly what it was built to do.

that's the story nobody hypes but it's the one that actually matters. a lending market's whole job is liquidating correctly when collateral moves, and morpho's markets did that under a real stress event this week, not a hypothetical one.

price is up 10.4% on the week while that headline was circulating, which tells you the market read it the same way i do, a clean liquidation is a feature, not a scare.

$MORPHO trades at $2.10 right now. if it holds $2.06, i think it grinds back toward $2.16 and takes out the 24h high on the back of this confidence. if it loses $2.06, i'm wrong on this and anyone who bought the "liquidation proves the system works" line is left holding with no floor under it.

holding $2.06 or losing it?
