🚨 Broadcom Expands Its Irvine Footprint

Broadcom has purchased the Irvine research campus it had been leasing for $325 million.

According to Sina Finance, the 660,000-square-foot property sits near the I-5 and I-405 interchange and ranks among the largest office property sales in Southern California in recent years.

The campus includes two five-story office buildings at 15101 and 15191 Alton Parkway. Broadcom originally developed the site as an office and research complex before selling it in 2017 for roughly $443 million, while continuing to occupy the property under a 20-year lease.

CoStar reports that PRP Real Estate Investment Company acquired the campus in 2020 for $355 million.
