AAVE has been moving, but the chart isn’t the interesting part. Aave V4 is.
The latest LlamaRisk update put V4 deposits at $577.1M, up 5% from the previous round. Five reserves were already using more than 80% of their deposit limits, and Aave raised capacity again on September 11.
Now comes the useful test: does that extra room actually get used?
If borrowing keeps growing and busy markets fill up again, the protocol is backing up the story. If usage cools while AAVE keeps running, the market is getting ahead of the data.
That’s the AAVE setup I’m watching. No price target needed.
