U.S. President Donald Trump and Senate Republicans agreed to a more restrictive ethics provision barring senior government officials from issuing their own digital assets, and forcing divestiture.
The ethics provision was one of the major blockers for the Digital Asset Market Clarity Act, which is scheduled to undergo its first cloture vote on Tuesday.
