The AI Fund That Nearly Blew Up in July Is Back.

Leopold Aschenbrenner’s Situational Awareness has reportedly returned to the options market, buying positions in AMD, Bloom Energy, CoreWeave, SK Hynix, SanDisk and the Roundhill Memory ETF.

The comeback follows a brutal July when its assets plunged from over 45 billion dollars to roughly 10 billion dollars, forcing a fire sale of much of its public-equity portfolio.

The thesis hasn’t changed: compute, power, infrastructure and memory — the bottlenecks of the AI boom.
