Vy Capital has built a $40 billion stake in SpaceX, representing 3.4% ownership and making it the company’s fifth-largest shareholder.
The firm first invested in SpaceX in 2016 at a $15 billion valuation. Its stake is now worth roughly $40 billion as SpaceX’s valuation reaches around $1.75 trillion.
Vy Capital also holds investments in Neuralink and The Boring Company, with the firm projecting SpaceX could surpass a $10 trillion valuation within five to seven years.
