$FIL sits on my long-side watchlist because it is forming a higher low after touching the range floor, even while the short-term picture is flat. The daily view suggests bullishness, and the rejection on the last bar indicates selling is getting absorbed. For this trade to look stronger, we'd need to decisively push above that recent swing high.
