We’re getting better at making agents act like independent entities, but we’re still pretty bad at answering a simple question:
Who’s responsible for this one?
A wallet address can tell you where an agent operates. It doesn’t necessarily tell you who stands behind it.
Concordium’s Agent Registry is interesting because it tackles that gap at the identity level. Agents can be linked to verified identities, their controlling keys can be verified, and their domains can be connected to verified accounts.
That feels increasingly important as agents move from generating responses to actually taking actions.
I don’t think the next wave of AI needs more ways to look human.
It needs better ways to prove what’s behind the machine.
