Why:
$BLUR is showing a strong 15M breakout with heavy volume. Price is well above MA(7), MA(25) and MA(99), while MACD is strongly bullish. OI has also surged alongside the move, showing aggressive participation. The immediate resistance is 0.02150. A clean breakout and hold above this level could fuel another leg higher. Since the move is already extended, I’d prefer entries around the pullback zone instead of chasing the spike.
