The GetAgent Trade-thon is coming to an end, and looking back, I’m glad I took part.
My main Playbook was SMA CROSS SCALER PROFITS, built around major stock pairs like $AAPL, $MSFT, $NVDA, $AMZN, $META, $TSLA and $GOOGL. It currently sits at +1.9% return.
I’m not in the Top 50, but the leaderboard position isn’t what I’ll remember most.
Building and testing my strategy on Bitget taught me how different it is to turn a trading idea into actual rules an AI can follow. I had to test different ideas, see what worked, identify what didn’t, and adjust the strategy along the way.
The experience also changed how I look at AI trading. AI can help turn an idea into a structured and testable strategy much faster, but the quality of the result still depends on the logic, rules and risk management behind it.
For me, the biggest win from this Trade-thon is leaving with more knowledge and a better understanding of how to build systematic strategies with AI.
I may not have made the Top 50, but I definitely gained something valuable from the process.
