🩸 What to do after your worst week?

Almost the same answer as your best week. But it's much harder.

The instinct: switch, pause, or pull out.
All three feel like taking control. All three are usually just relief.

➡️ What to actually check, in order:
Did the drawdown stay within the strategy's stated max? If yes, the strategy did its job.
Did anything break, or did the market simply move against it? Losses inside the rules aren't failures.
Has enough time passed to judge? One bad week is 3 to 5 trades. That's noise.

❗️ If all three check out, do nothing. That's the hard part.

The strategy didn't fail last week. It had a losing stretch, which every strategy has.

Trading involves risk.
