BlockBeats News, September 8 - Harmony stated that following the August 11 incident, it used public on-chain data to track ONE token deposits, withdrawals, and cross-exchange fund flows, and verified with exchanges including Binance and OKX. After adjusting for cross-platform transfers and fund returns, the combined shortfall across six platforms decreased from 10.234 billion ONE to 6.581 billion ONE, a reduction of 3.65 billion ONE. Most data has been confirmed, while some platforms are still conducting final verification or reconciliation.Harmony matched a total of 295 cross-exchange transfers, involving 16 routes and 3.493 billion ONE. Relevant platforms have frozen a significant amount of ONE and funds obtained by hackers. Harmony is currently working with various platforms to restore ONE deposits, withdrawals, and trading, with specific restart timelines to be announced by each platform separately; this effort is also progressing in tandem with the ONE migration and validator transition proposal.
