ZEC is leading the move, while $XRP is showing strength again.

$ZEC has been the real breakout.

It pushed above $1,000 for the first time in years and traded close to $1,200 on September 6. The move has been fueled by strong ETF demand, renewed interest in privacy coins, the recent network upgrade, and a major short squeeze.

Open interest also climbed to record levels, showing how aggressive traders have become around the move.

For ZEC, $1,200 is the level to watch on the upside. Holding above $1,000 would keep the current structure strong.

XRP has a different setup.

It rallied from around $1 to $1.70 in late August, helped by ETF inflows, regulatory optimism, whale accumulation, and renewed institutional interest.

Price is now around $1.40, with buyers defending the $1.35–$1.38 area. A move back through $1.55–$1.68 could bring momentum back quickly.

So, is altseason finally starting?

The market is showing early signs of rotation.

ZEC, XRP, and a few other alts are attracting fresh capital, while the broader altcoin market is starting to improve.

The key confirmation would come from Bitcoin dominance falling toward 55%, the Altcoin Season Index moving closer to 75, and strength spreading across more mid-cap andsmaller coins.

Right now, this looks like a selective alt rotation driven by strong narratives, ETFs, and individual catalysts.

ZEC is leading it.

XRP is joining the move.

The next step is seeing whether the rest of the market follows.
