Right now, we're sitting just below the MA60 at 103.13, which is acting as short-term resistance. The recent downward move from that level tells me sellers are still active.
For me, this setup only gets interesting if price holds above 100.31 and starts to reclaim the MA60. If we see a clean break back above 103.13 with some volume conviction, I'd consider a long toward the recent high. Volume is light on this pullback, so I'm not seeing panic selling yet.
