$INJ just became the first blockchain to register with the SEC as a transfer agent, and it's sitting at $5.16 like nothing happened.

a transfer agent is the entity that keeps the official ownership record for a security. injective registered as one, so tokenized assets can have their cap table live on the chain itself instead of in some custodian's database. that's the piece POSCO International and LG CNS signed up to build on.

then there's the supply side. injective runs weekly burn auctions where INJ gets bought up and destroyed every single week. fees in, tokens out, on a schedule.

BSC News clocked INJ up 39% on the week five days ago. CoinMarketCap now shows +4.5% over seven days. the hype leg already ran and handed most of it back, and what's left is the part of the story that doesn't need a green candle to be true.
right now $INJ trades $5.16, with the last day stuck between $5 and $5.2. if it holds $5, i think the transfer-agent registration and the RWA deals give it a real base to grind back through $5.2 and keep going. if it loses $5, i'm wrong on this and there's nothing to defend, and everyone still long from the 39% pop is watching the move unwind.

holding $5 or losing it?
