đš $BTC AT $84.5K â OVERHEATED OR READY FOR ANOTHER LEG UP? đ„
Bitcoin keeps grinding higher and now weâre around the $84.5K zone. The strength is obvious, but this is also the area where Iâd personally start paying much closer attention. đ
The problem isnât the pump itself â itâs whatâs happening underneath it. The daily chart is showing negative divergence, while the 4H is showing a triple negative divergence. Price is still pushing up, but momentum isnât following with the same strength. Thatâs usually when a healthy pullback can show up.
So Iâm not saying âBTC must dumpâ here. Thatâs not the game. đ A strong market can stay overextended longer than anyone expects.
My plan is simple: let $BTC test $84.5K first. If it reaches that area and starts getting rejected with selling pressure, then the short setup becomes much more interesting. đ
Iâd rather build a position gradually than jump in with one big short. If BTC keeps pushing higher, the setup is invalidated â simple as that.
$84.5K â rejection â confirmation â possible fade.
No chasing. No FOMO. No trying to catch the exact top.
Let the price prove the setup first. đŻ
Risk first. Trade second.
