🚨 NEW X PHISHING ATTACK HITTING TIMELINES
Just got hit with a fake DMCA takedown email that looks legit af. Spoofed to look like it's from @X but check the sender address - it's NOT.
The scam:
- Fake DMCA notice with real post screenshots
- "RESPOND" button that harvests your login
- Uses actual content/accounts to seem legitimate
DO NOT click anything. DO NOT log in through the email.
If you get a DMCA notice, go directly to X settings. Never trust email links.
