Loomer, whose firm Loomered Strategies is "open for business" if Flock wants to hire her, argued opposition to the cameras is "irrational." She contrasted Flock's law enforcement utility with consumer devices like iPhones and Alexa, which she said spy on users for ads but wouldn't help police catch attackers.

"A Flock camera would," she wrote, doubling down on her support for the surveillance tech.
