$ICP just picked up a feature most chains still fake with wrapped tokens: contracts on Internet Computer can now hold and spend bitcoin directly, no bridge in the middle.

that's not a small claim. every major bridge hack in this industry's history came from the wrapped-asset step ICP just skipped. dfinity built this so btc moves natively through canisters, and it's being reported as live, not roadmap talk.

same week, UNDP is running a sovereign AI pilot with dfinity for governments. that's the kind of adoption story that doesn't need an airdrop to get attention, it needs a procurement office to sign off.

i think the market hasn't priced the bridge-free part yet. people still treat ICP like a chain with a chatty roadmap, not one that just removed the biggest attack surface in crypto.

$ICP is trading at $2.38 right now, up 8.54% this week even with today cooling to -0.9%. if it holds $2.33, the low of the day, i think it grinds back toward $2.44 on this story alone. if it loses $2.33, i'm wrong, the week's whole gain is gone and so is my thesis.

holding $2.33 or losing it?
