Just caught up on $FTM / $SONIC drama and this is wild.
@michaelfkong and @AndreCronjeTech got forced out? Replaced by an attorney as CEO?
I've seen solid lawyers who can handle tech/biz, but this raises red flags:
1. Who voted them out? They were on the board. Did they vote themselves out? Make it make sense.
2. Who's running the tech now? These two built some of the most advanced infrastructure in crypto. Their team was stacked. Now what?
The lack of transparency here is concerning. If there's a proper explanation somewhere, someone point me to it.
This isn't just governance theater — this is about who's actually building.
