I'm looking at DUSK beyond the usual privacy narrative. What stands out is how its architecture tries to balance confidentiality with the transparency financial systems still require.

Through XSC, confidential smart contracts can support financial logic while keeping sensitive information protected. The interesting part is that privacy isn't treated as simply hiding everything. The design focuses on what should remain private, what must be proven, and what can be selectively disclosed.

That creates a harder challenge: making privacy, identity, compliance, execution, and settlement work together reliably.

The technology is promising, but adoption will depend on real applications, liquidity, developer tooling, governance, and institutional demand.

Could DUSK turn programmable confidentiality into practical financial infrastructure?
