What Hedger actually is
Hedger brings confidential transactions to Dusk EVM using a combination of homomorphic encryption and zero-knowledge proofs.
In plain terms: balances and amounts stay encrypted end-to-end, while transactions remain auditable. The homomorphic part (El Gamal over elliptic curves) lets the chain compute on encrypted values without ever decrypting them, and ZK proofs verify the math was honest.
