HOW DUSK CAN SIMPLIFY CORPORATE ACTIONS ONCHAIN

The more I look at DUSK the more I think the interesting part isnt simply having securities onchain. Its what happens to all the small tasks around ownership once the record becomes shared.

Take a dividend. Someone has to figure out who owns what at which date and then make sure the payment goes to the right people. Same with stock splits or voting. When several systems hold different versions of the record even small differences can create a lot of manual checking.

An onchain share registry could change that by keeping ownership and lifecycle events tied together. If a holder moves an asset the record updates. When a voting snapshot happens eligibility can be checked against that record instead of relying on multiple reconciliations.

But Im not assuming DUSK automatically solves everything. The hard part is getting issuers custodians and investors to actually use the infrastructure consistently. Privacy and compliance also matter especially for regulated markets.

So Im watching the execution more than the headline. If DUSK can reduce operational work without creating new trust or integration problems thats meaningful.

Do you think onchain servicing can realistically replace parts of todays traditional backoffice infrastructure?
