DUSK is getting more interesting
I’ve been watching DUSK for a while, and honestly, the part that keeps me interested isn’t the usual “next big crypto” narrative.
It’s the problem they’re trying to solve.
Dusk is building infrastructure for regulated assets — where privacy, compliance and fast settlement all need to work together. Their current focus is tokenized financial markets, with DUSK used for gas and staking.
What caught my attention recently is the development pace.
The latest official update highlighted work around tokenization of private markets, while the August developer activity shows continued work on DuskEVM tooling, zk infrastructure and developer tooling.
And this is where I think DUSK has an interesting angle:
Privacy + regulated assets + EVM compatibility.
That combination could matter if tokenized securities and real-world financial assets actually move onchain at scale.
Dusk also reports more than €300M in confirmed issuance with institutions and 210M+ DUSK staked, although I’d treat those figures as project-reported metrics rather than guaranteed adoption.
I’m not saying DUSK is a guaranteed winner.
Crypto has plenty of projects with good technology that never reach meaningful adoption.
But if regulated tokenization becomes a major narrative over the next few years, DUSK is one of the projects I’ll be watching closely.
The interesting question now isn’t “Can DUSK pump?”
It’s “Can Dusk become real infrastructure for regulated onchain finance?”
That’s the bet I’m watching.
