How to take the perfect Entery ?
. If you're a beginner, don't look for a “perfect entry.” Look for a high-probability entry with a clear stop-loss.
. Since you've been learning ZigZag + pivot points + HH/HL, you can combine them into a simple entry system.
🎯 The 5-step entry method
1. Identify the trend
For a LONG, you want:
HH → HL → HH
Example:
HH
/ \
/ \
/ \
/ \
HL HH
If you're seeing LH → LL → LH → LL, don't take a long just because the coin is pumping.
2. Mark the important Pivot High and Pivot Low
🔴 Pivot High = resistance
🟢 Pivot Low = support
Don't use every tiny candle. Focus on the meaningful swing points.
3. Wait for the breakout
Suppose resistance is $0.0200.
Don't immediately buy at $0.0200.
Wait for price to:
Break → Close above → Pull back → Retest
🚀 Breakout
/
Resistance ───────── $0.0200
/ \
/ \ ← Retest
/ \
/ 🚀 Entry
The retest is often much better than chasing the first green candle.
4. Look for confirmation
At the retest, look for:
✅ Price holds the old resistance
✅ A Higher Low forms
✅ Bullish candle/rejection appears
✅ Volume increases on the bounce
✅ Price remains above your important MA/EMA
Then consider the entry.
5. Put your stop-loss where the setup is invalid
Example:
Entry = $0.0205
Recent Higher Low = $0.0196......Your stop could be below that structural level, depending on the chart and volatility.
Your thinking should be:
“If price breaks this level, my trade idea is wrong.”
Not:
“I will hold it no matter what.”
🚨 Avoid these entries
❌ Buying after a huge vertical candle
❌ Entering in the middle of a range
❌ Buying directly into resistance
❌ Trading without a stop
❌ Increasing position size after a loss
❌ Entering just because a coin is +30% or +50%
