BITCOIN BREAKS $76K AS ETF INFLOWS ACCELERATE
Bitcoin is showing renewed strength as institutional demand continues to push the market higher. BlackRock’s IBIT has led the latest wave of capital, helping spot Bitcoin ETFs record more than $1.4 billion in net inflows over three consecutive days.
That steady flow of institutional money has provided fresh momentum for BTC, pushing the price above the $76,000 level and reinforcing the narrative that ETF demand remains one of the market’s strongest structural catalysts.
But the rally is not without resistance.
🐋 WHALE SELLING IS THE KEY RISK
While ETF buyers are absorbing supply, large holders are also showing signs of taking profits. More than $197 million worth of BTC was reportedly deposited into exchanges, potentially increasing available selling pressure.
At the same time, Wintermute reportedly transferred around $256 million, adding another potential source of supply to the market.
This creates an important battle near the $80,000 zone. Institutional inflows are providing demand, while whales and large market participants could use the rally to realize profits.
WHAT TO WATCH NEXT
If ETF inflows remain strong and BTC can break through $80K with convincing volume, the bullish momentum could accelerate. However, rejection near that resistance combined with continued whale deposits could trigger a short-term pullback.
The key question is no longer simply whether Bitcoin can rise — can institutional demand absorb the selling pressure waiting above $80K?
