The more I look at $DUSK, the more I think the interesting part isn’t simply that Dusk L1 is live while Dusk Trade is still being built with a waitlist.

It’s the gap between infrastructure and adoption that could matter most. 👇

A live L1 gives the market something tangible to point to — real infrastructure, deterministic settlement, privacy features, and the foundation for regulated onchain finance.

But that’s only Step 1.

The bigger question is:

Can Dusk turn infrastructure into a real market?

Dusk Trade is designed around tokenized financial assets, including workflows for investor onboarding, wallet connection, buying/selling and settlement.

And this is where things get interesting. 👀

A blockchain can have excellent technology without immediately having:

🔹 Enough real users

🔹 Enough assets to trade

🔹 Deep and persistent liquidity

🔹 Consistent trading activity

🔹 Repeat participation

That’s the difference between having infrastructure and building an ecosystem.

And I think this is where expectations can sometimes run ahead of evidence.

The market may start pricing in the future potential of the Dusk Trade ecosystem before there’s enough real activity to measure its network effects.

So personally, I’m watching what happens NEXT more than the “LIVE” label itself.

👀 Will waitlisted users actually become active investors?

🏦 Will more tokenized assets become available?

💧 Will liquidity become deep and persistent?

📈 And most importantly — will real usage eventually justify the expectations being priced into $DUSK?

That’s the part of the thesis I find most interesting.

Infrastructure creates the opportunity.

Adoption decides whether the opportunity becomes an ecosystem.
