Grayscale filed a fifth amendment to its Securities and Exchange Commission registration statement on 21 August 2026 to convert its Zcash Trust into an exchange-traded fund. The proposed fund would trade as ZCH on NYSE Arca with a 2.5% annual sponsor fee.
