@Dusk_Foundation Provisioners and Stacking.
This afternoon I was reading about how provisioners work in Syria and found the process quite interesting. A provisioner is simply a user who stakes $DUSK to participate in the network. Currently the minimum stake is 1000 #DUSK and users can later unlock their stake through in-stake transactions.
But the staining is not activated immediately. The stack needs time to mature before the network selection process is eligible. This helps keep the system organized and gives new stakes a fair starting point.
Syria uses treaties to regulate this process. New stakes become eligible at the beginning of the term after completing the required maturity period. This approach helps create a more organized and secure stacking system.
