#Ethereum Foundation’s recent update highlights work to improve machine-checked security benchmarks with hash-based SNARKs. The topic is a bit technical, but the point is simple. The more zero-knowledge technology is used, the more the underlying cryptographic assumptions need to be tested. To me, this kind of development is more meaningful than flashy ecosystem announcements, because it’s hard to sustain large-scale adoption without a strong infrastructure.
