Fortitude just invested around $1M to take a 9.4% stake in HeartSciences, paying a 22% premium ahead of the proposed merger vote.

Interesting move, but there’s still a big risk here: the vote date hasn’t been set yet, and if the deal falls apart, HeartSciences has warned it could face liquidation.

Definitely one to watch closely. 👀
