TermMax caught my attention for a reason: it isn’t trying to be just another DeFi lending protocol.

@TermMax is building around fixed-rate borrowing and lending, while also bringing options trading into the same decentralized ecosystem.

The interesting part is the focus on predictability. In variable-rate DeFi, borrowing costs can move quickly with market conditions. A fixed-rate model can give users a clearer picture of their financing cost before entering a position.

Add options to that mix, and TermMax starts looking more like a broader on-chain financial infrastructure rather than a simple lending market.

For me, the key question is how effectively TermMax can combine fixed-rate markets, capital efficiency and decentralized options into one user experience.

That’s the part I’ll be watching closely.
